Terminal B: Late Night/Early Morning Pick-Up Location Will Change on May 20th. The problems and confusion for our passengers will escalate, at least in the short term.
The airport will be suspending the “green bus” service every night from 10:00pm to 6:00am and the lot where our vehicles wait for you will be closed. The last bus will leave the terminal at 10:00pm. Once the bus service stops for the night, we will be permitted to pick up passengers at Terminal B on the Departure Level Only.
We know how difficult it has become to arrive at Terminal B and meet your chauffeur. This “new wrinkle” is only going to make it worse. Now, more than ever, we can’t stress enough how important it is that you make use of the chauffeur’s cell phone number that we send in your “arrival alert.” If you are not sure where to go to be picked up or run into any other difficulties, please call you chauffeur – he/she will do everything possible to make things easier and less confusing.
Terminal C: The Port Authority Police are actively patrolling the departure level of Terminal C to ticket limousine company vehicles waiting to make pick-ups. While this has always been a way to avoid some of the confusion of an arrival level pick-up, we can no longer make passenger pick-ups on the departure level. The tickets/fines are as much as $1,500.00 per incident, and we just can’t take the risk.
So, for Terminal C Arrivals, Royal Coachman will now pick up only on the arrival level, in passenger pickup areas 2 or 4.
We appreciate all your patience – LaGuardia continues to be more than a challenge and, unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any relief in our immediate future. We will do everything in our power to keep you up to date on changes as they occur.
Thank you.
