My Royal Coachman Account

Embassy Suites in Berkley Heights booked Royal Coachman for my daughter's wedding. I was a little nervous at first, we had a schedule to follow for the days festivities. and then, i got a text from Royal Coachman telling us the name of the driver and his contact information. I was put at ease immediately. And then I met our driver, David Powell. He was absolutely amazing. He is so pleasant, on time and got the wedding party and our wedding guests to the venue on time and safely. He even checked in with us throughout the night to tell us he was there and to check if any guests needed to get back to the hotel. At the end of the night, he got everyone back to the hotel safely and his attitude is sellar! He is such an asset to Royal Coachman. I would definitely recommend!!

Consistently amazing! Reliable, the drivers come at least 15 minutes early every time and are always very nice. I've used them for airport drop off and pick up multiple times and they make the process so easy. Provides me with a sense of calm knowing I don't have to worry about the airport transportation, which can be a headache. I highly recommend Royal Coachman!

This was our second time using Royal for group transit. Our first experience was great. This trip was even better. Our driver David Powell arrived early with an immaculately clean bus. As our friends arrived he greeted each warmly and made sure they stuff was stowed safely yet accessible. Once on the bus it was smooth sailing directly to our destination. He reconfirmed pick up details and told us where he would be and how to reach him if necessary. I did not need to do anything. The ride home was as easy as getting there. A credit card had been dropped behind a seat and David called to let me know he had it. We will definitely be using Royal for any of our future needs and highly recommend others do the same!

Top notch company. Beautiful 14 person Sprinter. The driver (Joe) provided exceptional service. Very honest company as well. They found an expensive pair of gold sunglasses that one of my guests lost in the Sprinter and they promptly returned them. I highly recommend this company for your ground transportation needs. A+

Always on time, professional and courteous. Communication is on point letting you know who your driver is and the car that they are driving. Love that a bottle of water is always available. I would give them 10 stars. Have used them several times and are my go to. Would highly recommend!
